Lisa has 17 years of headhunting experience and, having lived and worked in various locations across the world including the U.K, Europe, Japan, Hong Kong and Vietnam, has developed a strong network globally. In addition to traditional search, Lisa is also qualified in Hogan Assessment and has a strong track record in talent pipelining and succession planning.
Her impressive knowledge of large and mid-size companies within the industry, coupled with her widespread network, means she is able to provide her clients with a unique understanding of the market and the talent pool within it. Not only does she have an impressive track record in completing challenging search mandates across the world, she has also completed project hiring mandates to develop supply chain and procurement hubs from ground zero in certain locations.
Lisa has completed the AIRS Certified Diversity Recruiter training, and is a Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter (CDR).
